BECKERICH – 2 semi-detached houses

Project

Two passive semi-detached houses (energy class A-A-A) built with very high performance POROTON insulating blocks (without an insulating expanded polystyrene facade).

The functional guidelines for the houses can be summarised as follows:

ground floor: two-car garage, hall, heating room, cellar and laundry room
1st floor: spacious living room, entrance hall with separate WC, kitchen opening onto a dining room, large rear terrace overlooking the garden
Upper floor: night hall, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Location

The two houses (lot 01 and lot 02) will be built at 4, Burgaass, L-8522 Beckerich. The orientation of the plot is particularly favourable, with the rear of the houses with the terraces and gardens facing south. The breathtaking views over the fields to the front of the houses give you a holiday feeling all year round.

Municipality and Surroundings

Beckerich is situated in the west of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the canton of Redange.

The municipality of Beckerich borders Oberpallen on the Belgian border. To the south, it is bordered by a chain of hills, the highest points of which are the Kuelebierg and the Kräizerbuch. From here, a gently rolling landscape stretches out before you, with the heights of the Oesling in the distance. Large areas of unspoilt woodland invite you to take a walk. The town of Redange, around 6 km away, has a wealth of shops, restaurants, banks, a medical centre and a shopping centre (Oberpallen).

School

Beckerich has a primary school, a halfway house and crèches. The Atert secondary school is located nearby, in Redange.
